For the recordSunday January 22, 2006 The Observer In 'Shop for a new wardrobe' (Cash, last week), we referred to the company providing the innovative 'clothes for work' employee benefit as Capital Plans. The company is, in fact, called Capital Benefits Ltd. Our review of Gutenberg! The Musical (Review, last week) describes Johann Gutenberg as the founder of the printing press. He was the inventor of printing by movable type rather than the printing press which had been in use for some time. 'A casualty of war' (Review, last week) gave the location of the new museum of German literature as Marburg; it is actually in Marbach. Homophone corner: 'But to some it still wreaks of privilege' (Nigel Slater's column, OM, last week). Cuts made to the article 'Clay confections needn't cost the earth', (Cash, last week) incorrectly gave the impression that potter Phil Rogers had made tens of thousands of pounds' profit from a sale of work by Japanese potter Shoji Hamada. The article should have made clear that all but a few thousand pounds went towards travel, shipping and other costs, and that Mr Rogers's enterprise allowed collectors to carry off pots at up to 30 per cent below current auction prices.
